Charleston Addition
is a quaint community located South of Albany and East
of Lynn Lane in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. The Charleston
Development was developed by Charles Sanders Homes in 2000.
The first house was completed in August 2000. Since then
there have been 80 additional homes built giving us a total
of 81 homes. All of the homes were
